At Impericon, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new band merch and streetwear. If an item doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of receipt provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are securely protected for transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your parcel at the nearest authorized shipping point; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
